FAQs
Q1: Are these true to size, or should I size up or down?
These flats are designed to fit true to size, so we'd recommend ordering your usual UK shoe size with confidence. The slip-on design has a shallow mouth that sits low on the foot, so if you're between sizes or have a particularly wide foot or high instep, sizing up by half a size will give you a bit more room without affecting the fit. If you have narrow feet, stick to your exact size for the best fit. Check the sizing chart above for the exact inner length measurements to be sure.
Q: Can I wear these for long shifts or all-day use, or are they more for short outings?
They're built for all-day wear. The PU insole provides cushioning that holds up through long shifts, extended walks, and full days on your feet — not just quick errands. The rubber outsole adds grip and durability for repeated daily use, and the flexible upper means there's no painful break-in period. Many of our customers wear these for work shifts, school runs, and everything in between. That said, if you're on hard concrete for 8+ hours a day, you may want to add a gel insole for extra support — but out of the box, they're comfortable enough for most everyday demands.
Q3: I wear a larger size — do these actually go up big enough, or do you stop at the standard sizes?
This is one of the things we're most proud of with this product. The size range runs from a CN 34 (UK 2.5) right up to a CN 46 (UK 9.5), which covers a genuinely wide range that most brands simply don't cater to. If you've ever struggled to find stylish, comfortable flats in larger sizes, these are built for you — same fit, same comfort, same design, right across the full range. No "extended sizes" upcharge, no limited colour options for bigger feet. Every size gets the same shoe.
